Refund and Returns
Under UK consumer contract rules, if you're not happy with your order or just changed your mind, you can return any product for a full refund or exchange. Just send a return request within 14 days of receiving your order. Then, you have another 14 days to send the items back.
Please contact us through the "Contact Us" form before sending anything back. You can only return items after we approve your request.
Products must be returned in the same condition you received them — unused and in a resalable state. Please pack them carefully to avoid damage, and include all the original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or damaged. If the packaging is missing or damaged, making the item unsellable at full price, we may refuse the return or deduct the loss from the refund.
Buyers must cover postage costs for exchanges or returns. For international orders, import fees like taxes and charges are non-refundable.
We may decline returns for items with specific expiration or date-related restrictions.

We only accept returns from the original buyer and may ask for proof of purchase. Items bought for commercial use—such as props in photography or film, or for interior styling—are considered business transactions and are not eligible for return under consumer regulations.
If a return lowers the order total below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
