Shipping policy

  1. We ship most orders worldwide via Royal Mail. Once dispatched, you'll receive a        confirmation email with tracking details. For Royal Mail shipments, contact us through the form if you have any questions.
  2. The courier’s shipping time applies only after the package has been collected from our premises.
  3. Delivery times for international orders depend on the destination country and specific address
  4. Delivery times exclude picking and packaging. We strive to dispatch orders promptly, though processing may take up to 14 working days during busy periods.
  5. Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday, or the next business day if Monday is a bank holiday, at the earliest.
  6. Shipping dates are approximate and not guaranteed. We cannot promise an exact delivery date and are not liable for any loss or damage due to delivery delays.
  7. While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
  8. If an order is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery, we will contact you. If you choose to have it redelivered, you will need to cover the additional shipping costs.
  9. If a product is damaged or lost during transit, please reach out to us through the contact form as soon as possible. If the item is faulty or your order is incomplete, keep all original packaging to support your claim.
  10. For DHL deliveries, if a parcel hasn't arrived as expected and the redelivery window has passed, you must report the loss promptly. If a DHL Express order is marked as "delivered" in tracking but you haven't received it or suspect an issue, you must report it within 7 days so we can help with recovery.
  11. You must provide a valid shipping address and be available to receive delivery. If re-delivery attempts exceed the limit and the order is returned, your refund will exclude shipping and recovery costs.We may decline orders using proxy delivery address services, such as Parcel Motel. By opting for a proxy address, you waive any right to claim for damage or loss beyond its delivery point. We are not liable for errors, typos, or ambiguities in the proxy address details you provide.
  12. If an unexpected delivery delay occurs, you may need to wait up to 30 days from the purchase date to receive your order. If it hasn’t arrived by then, we require an additional 30 days to investigate, determine whether the parcel is lost or delayed, and decide on re-shipping or refunding.
  13. If you're unable to receive the delivery in person, you must track it and coordinate with the courier to ensure secure receipt. We are not liable for theft if you authorize the parcel to be left in a safe place, with a neighbor, or any other location of your choice.
  14. We are not responsible for loss or theft of parcels after delivery to the address you provided, including unsupervised communal areas. If personal receipt is not possible, any resulting loss or theft is the customer's responsibility, and no refund will be issued.
  15. We may decline delivery to PO boxes. Customers must ensure their PO box is serviceable. If not, return, re-delivery, or re-shipment costs will be the customer's responsibility, with a possible £22 service fee.
